Ingredients
  • 1 small diced, peeled green apple
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion
  • pinch of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • ½ cup vegetable stock or water
  • ¼ cup Plain Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
Method
  • Mix apple with lime juice and set aside.
  • Drizzle oil over a saucepan over medium heat, add onion, salt and pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, sesame oil, and apple and cook 2 minutes more. Pour mixed stock, yogurt and cornstarch and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from the heat. Mix and serve.
