Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 teaspoons Madras Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce, Tabasco Sauce or Chipotle Pepper
Method
  • Place raisins, Madras Curry powder, salt and cumin in a mortar or grinder and blend to a paste.
  • Add the Yogurt (Dairy or Vegan) and mix well. Serve on the side or as dipping sauce.
