1 tablespoon honey, sugar or 1 package non-caloric sugar replacement
1 tablespoon minced pickled ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Place broccoli flowerets in a sieve. Pour 4 cups of boiling salted water over all the broccoli. Drain and cut into 1⁄2 inch pieces.
Place cilantro, scallion, vinegar, honey, ginger, salt, pepper and sesame oil in a bowl and mix. Add broccoli, mix and refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
