Ingredients
1 cup strained yogurt or Greek yogurt, plain unsweetened
½ cup white wine
15 basil leaves
3 thyme sprigs
½ tablespoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup milk (optional)
Method
Place wine, cornstarch, garlic, basil, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to dissolve cornstarch.
Transfer to a sauce pan and place over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, remove from the heat, add Yogurt (Dairy or Vegan) and mix well.
